FIRST FLOOR RENTAL PACKAGE

Memories of You Lounge: Area of 220 sq. ft. Gallery 1 & 2: Area of 450 sq. ft.

Highlights: The Memories of You glass wall, original refinished maple hardwood floor and Sag slate throughout the foyer area, leading up to the Information Desk and elevator.  This space is great for small meetings, small receptions, workshops and lectures with easy access to the Billie Holiday Garden (below). Eubie Blake Gallery is only available for viewing. 1st floor has a common space where others may enter to get to another floor within the building. The gallery space is ideal for community meetings and art exhibitions. Seated capacity: 70; Standing capacity: 100.

SECOND FLOOR RENTAL PACKAGE

Highlights: Original maple hardwood floors and sound barriers surrounding the room.  This space is ideal for small concerts, wedding receptions, parties, community meetings, workshops and clinics. For fashion shows additional space will need to be rented for changing areas.

1100 sq. ft. area
Capacity: 100 people (80 for dance floor). 
Chairs and tables up to 100 people
